Dental Implants

When it comes to tooth replacement solutions, dental implants are truly a step above the rest due to their valuable health benefits and durable, lifelike quality. By replicating the entire structure of the tooth instead of just the crown, they allow patients to enjoy a complete, rejuvenated smile that looks completely natural once more. Better yet, we are able to take you through every step of the process conveniently and comfortably! Visit our dental implants page to learn more.

Gentle and Comfortable Extractions

Dr. Greene will always do her best to preserve your natural teeth, but sometimes teeth have become too damaged or decayed and cannot be salvaged. When that is the case, Dr. Greene will perform a gentle tooth extraction to carefully remove the entire tooth.

We will see you for a follow-up visit after your extraction to make sure the healing process is progressing smoothly.

Socket Preservation

After your extraction, Dr. Greene will often place special bone graft material into the socket. Bone graft material stimulates bone regeneration, preserving the structure of your jaw. This ensures you will have a strong foundation for future implant placement.

Your Comfort Is Important to Us

Your comfort is our top concern and we will make you feel at ease during your extraction procedure. Our doctor and team will provide you with comfort amenities such as blankets and pillows. We also have noise-canceling headphones you can use with your own listening device.

We offer several sedation options for those patients whose nervousness or fear might otherwise prevent them from seeking the care they need. These include nitrous oxide (laughing gas), and oral sedation.

We are accustomed to treating patients who have not been able to receive care elsewhere, including patients with a high anxiety level, vertigo or gagging problems. Our doctors are extremely friendly and understanding and will make sure you are comfortable through the entire process.

Periodontal Disease Treatment

Did you know over half of the adult population here in the USA suffers from periodontal disease? While this ailment may begin relatively harmlessly, it can lead to serious consequences if left untreated for too long, including severe infection, tooth loss, and an increased risk of heart disease and other conditions that affect your overall wellness. Thankfully, Dr. Martinson is here to help with periodontal therapy options that can rejuvenate and restore your soft tissue. Visit our periodontal disease treatment page to learn more.

Crown & Bridge

Crowns are an important cornerstone of dental care, and for good reason – their versatility means that they can be used to treat a variety of issues, including severe cavities, structural damage, and cosmetic flaws. Here at the office of Dr. Heather Martinson, we specialize in all-ceramic restorations, which means that the crowns we provide are created to match the natural color of your smile, resulting in a virtually seamless result. Crowns are also used in conjunction with dental bridges, a reconstructive solution for tooth loss. By anchoring your new bridge into place between healthy teeth with the help of crowns, we can help patients enjoy a newly complete, confident, and durable smile.

Lower Restoration Before

Root Canal Therapy

With the help of root canal therapy, even severely decayed or injured teeth can be brought back from the threat of extraction and restored to full health. During this procedure, the inner chamber of the tooth is accessed and then thoroughly cleaned and sealed so that no further infection can occur. Then, a custom-made crown is placed on top to restore any lost structure and leave you with a smile that looks just as great as it feels. Root canal therapy is a highly successful treatment, and if maintained properly with regular check-ups and oral hygiene at home, many treated teeth are able to last for a lifetime!

Tooth-Colored Fillings

Many older patients are thrilled to learn that noticeable silver fillings are a thing of the past. Instead, patients can have their cavities treated with composite material that is shaded to blend into your smile in a virtually indistinguishable fashion. Tooth-colored fillings are also conservative (meaning that we can preserve more of your natural tooth structure when compared to traditional fillings) and much less sensitive to particularly hot or cold temperatures, resulting in increased comfort.

Other treatments include:
